· As partof our Website. We mayoffer an artificial intelligence virtual assistant chatbot with which you caninteract with in order to find out more information about our Services or ourbrands. When you interact with the chatbot, you are not interacting with ahuman person. The chatbot is powered and supported by an artificialintelligence tool, which may include generative artificial intelligence modelsand capabilities, and you are directly interacting with this artificialintelligence. · Rightto Delete. Youmay have the right to request that Core delete the personaldata that Core maintains about you.
· Rightto Portability. You mayhave the right to request to receive your personaldata in a portable and readily usable format, to the extent technically feasible.
· Rightto Opt-Out of Sale/Targeted Advertising. Access to personalinformation: In somejurisdictions, you have the right to request access to your personalinformation. In these cases, we will comply, subject to any relevant legalrequirements and exemptions, including identity verification procedures. Beforeproviding data to you, we will ask for proof of identity and sufficientinformation about your interaction with us so that we can locate any relevantdata.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to correct or amend yourpersonal information if it is inaccurate or requires updating. You may alsohave the right to request deletion of your personal information in somecircumstances. Please note that such a request could be refused because yourpersonal information is required to provide you with the products or servicesyou requested, e.g. to deliver a product or send an invoice to your emailaddress, or that it is required by the applicable law.

· the harm isclearly greater than the public’s interest in knowing the information or theright to freedom of expression (the balance of convenience criterion); and
· the relief soughtdoes not exceed what is necessary to prevent the continuation of the injury.
Right to dataportability: You have theright to request a copy of computerized personal information in the form of awritten and intelligible transcript.

Oncewe receive your request to exercise a right, we will confirm receipt and beginto evaluate, and if appropriate, process the request. Please note that:
· We may require that you provide additional information to confirmyour identity, including providing us with at least two or more pieces ofpersonal data to match against personal data that we currently maintain aboutyou. We reserve the right to reject your request if we are unable to verifyyour identity to a sufficiently high level of certainty. The information youprovide to verify your identity will only be used for verification purposes,and a record of your request, including certain information contained withinit, will be maintained by Core for our files.
· To authenticate any request to correct personal data, you may berequired to provide authentication information.
· Certain laws or other legal requirements might prevent somepersonal data from being disclosed or deleted.
Ifyou fail or refuse to provide the necessary information, we may not be able toprocess your request.
If we reject a request for any reason, we will inform you of thebasis of the rejection. Not all individualsabout whom we possess information will have access to these rights and we maynot be able to provide these rights to everyone due to legal and jurisdictionallimitations. We may not be able to comply with your request for a number of reasons,including:
· you do not live in a jurisdiction that grants you the specific rightthat you have requested;
· the information that you’ve requested is not subject to the regulationthat grants you the right to make a request in relation to your personal data;
· we are prevented or exempted by law, regulation or rule from complyingwith your request;
· we are not the owner or controller of the data about which you arerequesting;
